Trisha Eichler - Owner

Trisha does a lot of behind the scenes work, helping out where she can. Basically, she is the one that keeps the team working together. The mother of the group. She may not be in the restaurants as often as everyone else, but without her, they wouldn't be where they are. In charge of the books and payroll, she keeps the gears turning. 

Her favorite burger on the menu is the PB & B and she loves the Buffalo Loaded Curds.
